FAQs

How do we purchase a team membership?

Just select the number of accounts, or “seats”, that you need for your team (the more you choose, the cheaper it is on a per-head basis). Then proceed to registration and checkout – it’s as simple as that.

What benefits do we get for purchasing a team membership?

All accounts linked to a team membership have the highest level of Frontier individual membership – what we call “Frontier Fanatic”. Basically, you get everything we offer: the Political Insider, Frontier Backstage, Daily Briefing and Media Monitor newsletters; invites to our exclusive online and in-person events; and access to our full web and newsletter archive. Of course, by taking out a team membership you’ll also be supporting our award-winning journalism and helping us tell the story of what’s happening in Myanmar.

How do I manage a team membership?

As the owner of a team membership, you can manage access through your own members area. After logging in, click “Manage Team Membership”. You can view active members, invite new members to the group, create an account for them and more. If you have any problems or questions, just contact us on memberships@frontiermyanmar.net and we’ll help you

Can I transfer access from one colleague to another?

Yes, you can quickly and easily reassign seats in your team membership to colleagues through your Frontier account. After logging in, click “Manage Team Membership”, revoke access to the outgoing group member and then issue an invitation to the incoming group member.

Can we pay for a membership with cash or by direct deposit?

Credit card is the fastest way to set up a team membership, but we always try our best to accommodate a range of payment options. Send us an email at members@frontiermyanmar.net and we’ll organise this for you. Please note that if you use other payment methods it may take longer to set up your account.

After paying, will I get an invoice?

After you’ve made payment, a receipt will automatically be sent to your registered email address. You can also download an invoice within your membership area, by clicking on “Change your billing details” and scrolling down to your invoice history.

What is your cancellation policy?

You can cancel your membership at any time by logging into your account and navigating to the members area, clicking “Change your billing details” and then “Cancel subscription”. You’ll still receive the benefits of Frontier membership for the remainder of your billing period, and after that you can continue to enjoy our community newsletters and one paywalled article a month. We may occasionally check in to see if you’d like to rejoin.

Can I add more seats after purchasing a team membership?

When does my team membership renew?

All team memberships are for one year from the date of payment. If paying by credit card, they are defaulted to auto renew but you can change that at any time. If you pay through another method, such as cash or a bank transfer, we will send you an invoice around a month before your team membership is due to expire. If you don’t make payment by the deadline your team membership will be suspended until the outstanding amount is received.
